1. Absentee Bids Close:- You will need to leave bids no later than Saturday February 21st 2009 by 8.00pm. ~ Bid early!
2. All Bidders Must Register and Absentee bidders must obtain an account bidding code in order to place a bid - simply phone 03 9800 3090 or click vhor5785@bigpond.net.au and leave your Name and Address and Phone number and we will reply (We do not exchange or sell our mailing list.)
3. Call Back Bidding:- ONLY available if you have been a high bidder on that lot prior to close of Absentee bidding

Call back rights are only available on lots you have been high bidder on prior to close of Absentee bidding ~ Bid Early ~ It gives serious bidders a chance to be the highest absentee bidder prior to auction.
4. We are happy to receive absentee bids but do not operate telephone bidding during the sale as it slows the sale down.
5. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you specify the maximum amount you are prepared to bid.

7. Buyer's Premium:- There is a 17% Buyers Premium plus 1.7% GST at this Auction for all floor bidders and Abbingdon Auction Australia "Absentee Bidding Service" bidders. Example Bid $100 buyer pays $118.70.
8. Payment: can be made by Cash, Money Order or MasterCard / Visa credit Credit Cards (1.5% inc GST surcharge for cc) - . Personal cheques may be accepted from those known to us or by prior arrangement. We also accept direct deposit to bank account.
9. International Payment: can be made by A$Cash, OR international bank transfer (surcharge A$25). Credit Cards (1.5% surcharge) - MasterCard or Visa credit cards only from known customers or by prior arrangement.

11. No Retraction of Absentee Bids is permitted. Once a bid is placed, it may not be retracted.

We arrange for careful packing, shipping, insurance & registered mail of your lots at Australia Post rates PLUS a Packing & Handling charge applies for this service based on goods purchased usually $5 to $12. AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS For "Million Little Pieces" AUCTION
Abbingdon Auctions Australia (ACN 102 354 638) functions as an agent for the consignors and conducts business in the best interests of the consignors, effecting legal transfer of property between the sellers and buyers.
Graeme Horne and Peter Horne of Abbingdon Auctions Australia, PO Box 510, Glen Waverley, Victoria 3150 are your auctioneers.
I. Viewing Time: This affords prospective buyers an opportunity to examine those articles on which they are interested in bidding. We encourage everyone to examine the items offered for sale from 10am on day of sale or by appointment Phone 03 9800 3090.
2. All sales are final: All items are sold "as is" whether in perfect condition or with faults. Personal inspection is at viewing time. Auctioneer has final say on who the winning bidder is and also can withdraw any lot should he desire too.
3. The item is determined SOLD by the auctioneer and legal title of the item passes immediately to the highest acknowledged bidder and that bidder assumes full responsibility for the item sold.
4. Payment: All items purchased must be paid for in full on the day of the auction and before leaving the premises. Payment can be made by Cash, Money Order or Credit Cards (1.5% surcharge) - MasterCard or Visa. Personal cheques and or direct bank deposit may be accepted from those known to us or by prior arrangement. 5. Registration: Registration is required for all bidders. It is necessary to receive a bidders number to buy at the auction. We advise you to return your bidders number to the cashier to prevent misuse or loss of the number.
6. Abbingdon Auctions Australia reserves the right to withdraw any lot before the actual sale. If the auctioneer determines that the amount bid is not commensurate with the value of the lot Abbingdon may reject that bid and / or withdraw the item from the auction.
7. Tied Absentee Bids: In the event of a tied Absentee bid, the early bid has preference so you will need to leave instructions "Round up to next increment".
8. Removal of Goods: All goods must be collected and removed from the venue on the day of the sale, otherwise charges will apply. Abbingdon Absentee bidders have 14 days to remove goods and make clear payment. Any goods after this date will be charged 2% interest per month on outstanding amounts and $15 per week storage fee, unless prior arrangement is made.
