Scarce 1850s ‘Covered Wagon’ Chinahead by J.D. Kestner pink tint shoulder head 25″ (63cm). Blue eyes with black-blue outline white dot accents, lidlines, stroke brows, nostril accents, red mouth with modeled white space. Some paint hair rubs on the back 11 curls and a nose rub. Vintage kapok fill-shaped body with sewn-on black leather boots, glazed china forearms with one not attached. Emerald flower print cotton outfit, and undergarments.
